Shepherd/Dane mix for adoption. Beautiful dog in great health (Midlothian)

Gatsby is an eight year-old, neutered German Shepard mix in good health.
He is loyal, obedient, and protective of his owner.
You could not ask for a better watchdog.
Also, he is a clean animal (short hair).
When I take him out, he does his business without fuss.
He loves belly rubs and sleeps with his owner at night.
He interacts well with other cats and small children.
I do not have other dogs.
Gatsby likes to be the king of the castle here at home.
Despite his large size, he is a loving animal.
I am 84 years-old and soon entering assisted living, so I need to rehome him.
