Relm HS100 Multi-Band Receiver 100 Channels I think, used for monitoring races I believe.
Comes with Trackscan headphones that plug into the scanner.
Everything works and good condition.
Headphones also look nice as does the receiver.
The receiver runs off of 4 AA batteries.
