Enrichment Instructor
Chesterfield Education Foundation (CEF) seeks Enrichment Instructors for the RAMpage after-school program.
RAMpage serves students in grades 6-8 at Providence Middle School in Chesterfield County.
Enrichment Instructors lead career-based clubs, such as culinary arts, STEAM, and robotics.
Instructors may teach a skill of interest to them or select a club to facilitate from current offerings.

Salary: $28 - $30/hour
Reports to: Site Coordinator/Assistant Site Coordinator

Dependable and on time
Patient and implement best practices when working with middle school aged youth
Passionate about the activity you teach
As an enrichment instructor, you are responsible for:
Creating a group culture that encourages group thinking, curiosity, and discovery
Collaborating with other staff to design and implement daily lesson plans and activities
Implementing RAMpage's expectations and behavior system
Engaging every student in your class
Ensuring the safety and well-being of the students in your class
Communicating concerns and/or suggestions to Site Coordinator
Hours: This is a part-time, hourly position.
The RAMpage after-school program runs from September 2023 to May 2024, from 2:05 to 5:15 pm.
