Midlothian Kids Academy: Our educators receive regular online training to stay current on child development issues and best practices in the classroom.
Child Development Associate Credential (CDA): As a partner of the Childcare Aware and Virginia Quality, we offer a CDA Preparation Program, that guides our educators on their path to receiving this nationally recognized credential, which makes them certified education rock stars.

The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with young children, love working with kids and be comfortable working in a variety of environments.
Responsibilities:
* Infant and Two's experience
* Demonstrate the ability to relate to people of all ages.
* Teach and encourage the development of a wide variety of age appropriate skills including, but not limited to, creative, cognitive, social, and physical skills.
* Demonstrate the ability to develop trust with children and parents.
* Demonstrate knowledge of child growth and development patterns.
* Demonstrate knowledge of child safety issues.
* Be able to create a fun learning environment that is conducive to learning.
* Learn and follow basic health and safety rules for children.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.
