As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and punctuality of our financial records.
This includes generating financial statements, auditing account balances, overseeing ledgers, and validating financial data.
Furthermore, you will collaborate with our financial team to enhance our financial procedures.

The annual salary for this role falls within the range of $37,000 - $42,000.
Compensation:
$37,000 - $42,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Maintain the framework of the chart of accounts
Input journal entries into the system
Perform daily reconciliations for multiple accounts
Ensure all bookkeeping processes comply with GAAP and meet deadlines for purchasing/inventory, accounts/notes receivable, accounts/notes payable, and payroll payments, filings, and reports
Qualifications:
Thorough knowledge of chart of accounts, journal entries, reconciliations, and all standard bookkeeping processes (GAAP Compliance)
Demonstrate consistent follow-through with deadlines and project completion
Must possess a strong attention to detail
Must be methodical, careful, and persistent about doing work correctly the first time
Must be in the office full-time
