We are on the search for someone with Accounting & HR experience to help guide our Team into the future.
This is not a developmental, or entry-level position.
We are looking for someone with marketable experience.
You would be the first point of contact for HR matters from our employees and external partners.
This would include time card review, PTO tracking, benefits management, on-boarding/off-boarding, and policy enforcement.
Our goal candidate also has a strong background in accounting, with full-cycle knowledge.
Understanding of GL, GAAP, payroll liabilities, and auditing.
You must be able to understand and develop accounting processes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
· A driven individual with great communication skills
· Someone detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and motivated
· Someone who can remain positive and focused in a fast-paced environment
· Minimum of 5 years of accounting/human resource experience
· Must be proficient in using Microsoft 365 products
· Experience with Sage accounting software preferred, but not required
Our newest Admin Team member would be overseeing not only HR-related tasks but AP and AR as well.
We need someone who comes to the table with an understanding of compliance laws at the local, state, and federal levels.
Someone who can dive right in and start assisting with day-to-day tasks.
This someone must be kind and compassionate, as you will be the face of HR within our company.
You also must hold confidentiality in the highest regard, as you will be dealing with our employee’s privacy matters.
WE NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN:
· Assist our AP/AR clerks, along with our service/projects department, with settling software issues
· Run company-wide audits on our accounting software
· Think critically to get to the bottom of accounting/software mysteries
· Provide our employees with a positive and understanding HR experience
· Enforce set company policies with kindness

Deal with external benefit partners, and payroll matters with accuracy and efficiency
*This is a full-time in-office position.
*Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in western Amelia County, Virginia FT.
