Provides next-level guest service to internal and external guests.

Attends daily briefings and meetings, being on time and participating in a positive manner.
4.
Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment.
Compares identifying information and counts, weights, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
5.
Responsible for scanning, indexing, and transmitting all receiving paperwork to the Shared Services Accounting office.
6.
Responsible for retrieval of paperwork related to Main Bank Accountability.
Responsible for scanning, indexing, and transmitting all paperwork to Shared Services Revenue Audit Department.
7.
Prepare any outbound shipments for pickup and examine contents to ensure shipments meet specifications.
8.
Maintain inventory of shipping material and supplies.
9.
Unload incoming shipments from trucks; where possible with the assistance of a facilities’ team member.
Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejecting damaged items, recording shortages, and notifying shipper or vendor as necessary.
10.
Responsible for correct in-house routing of arriving shipments after taking delivery.
11.
Maintain a clear and orderly workspace.
12.
May be required to operate hand trucks to convey material from receiving area to storage or work area.
13.
Keeps position supervisor informed of relevant activities.
14.
Resolves problems that are within the position’s scope of authority and recommends course of action to resolve problems and escalate problems to supervisor as necessary.
15.
Backup and support Shared Services Revenue Audit Department as necessary.
16.
Other duties as assigned.

• Attend required training sessions offered by the Company.
• Obtain and retain required license(s).
• Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Take the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco.
• Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Team Member’s department.
• Have knowledge of the Property’s programs to address problem gaming.
• Report any acts of wrongdoing of which the Team Member may have knowledge.
