Duties:
Monitor day-to-day business activities
Oversee and analyze financial, accounting, and banking processes
Collaborate with relevant parties to create budgets
Analyzes expenditures, develops financing strategies and ensures appropriate income/cash flow
Supervise inventory optimization
Manage all aspects of payroll, employee financial benefits, and 401K plan
Collaborate with fractional CFO
Oversee business growth opportunities
Participate in vendor negotiations and maintain current vendor relationships
Collaborate with leadership to strategize and implement better business practices
Manage Revenue Cycle functions and interacts with outside billing firm
Provides facilities management oversight
Assist with marketing strategies and budget

Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or business-related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
