Tax Preparer

```Duties:``` - Prepare and complete accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses - Gather and analyze financial information to ensure compliance with tax regulations - Identify potential tax credits, deductions, and liabilities for clients - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns - Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to input and organize financial data - Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for tax preparation - Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate filing ```Experience:``` - Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax preparation or related field - Strong technical accounting skills with the ability to analyze financial data - Familiarity with various tax forms and schedules, including individual and business returns - Knowledge of market trends and changes in tax laws - Experience in public accounting or corporate accounting is a plus - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts - Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to input and track financial data - Sales experience is beneficial for promoting additional services Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
