Financial Analyst

Overview: Responsible for rate sheet, secondary market reporting, supporting lock desk work-flow by utilizing our pricing engine and investor websites.
Responsible for supporting secondary market functions regarding reporting, policies, procedures, and implementation with all guidelines set forth.
Responsibilities: Secure pricing and the rate for individual loans.
Monitor margins to ensure we are receiving our target margins on all individual loan basis.
Effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Support staff with secondary marketing needs and reporting.
Perform all other duties and projects assigned.
Qualifications: Degree in finance, accounting, business or related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Broad knowledge of spreadsheet database, word processing and MS Office software.
Customer service experience.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
