CDL Delivery Driver

*Job Summary:* The CDL Delivery Driver will have full responsibility under the supervision of the site manager for the overall operations of their truck and deliveries.
This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and product education to all Yard Works customers, as well as the safe and timely delivery of all scheduled deliveries.
*Essential Job Functions:* *Personnel/Safety:* · Ensure all safety protocols are being practiced regularly · Report all safety hazards and incidents to Supervisor and Safety Manager immediately · Ensure truck and equipment security during and after business hours *Guest Relations:* · Serving and retaining customers and building customer relationships.
· Educating customers on products and services offered.
· Ensure deliveries and orders are filled in a timely and professional manner.
· Demonstrate professionalism in all communication, verbal and written.
*Operations/Logistics:* · Ensure all facilities and equipment is maintained, operable, and presentable.
· Ensure that maintenance on all equipment is being completed daily.
· Ensure that all orders and deliveries are scheduled appropriately and completed in a timely manner.
· Abide by all local, state and federal driving laws.
· Ensure safe and proper operation of all vehicles and equipment.
